Every Woo Audio amplifier purchased (new) after January 1st 2021 on our website or from our authorized dealers is covered by a Three (3) years limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The factory warranty is transferable in the 1st year on (new products) purchased through Woo Audio website or an authorized dealer prior to July 2025. Transferable warranty only applies to the original purchaser with receipt. Product failure / damage caused by 3rd party vacuum tubes is not covered by warranty. In the first year, the remaining limited warranty is transferable by the original purchaser. Woo Audio accessories are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty covers the inspection, repair, parts, labor, and return shipping. Shipping cost to us for an inspection / service is not covered.
